I, like most people, have personally experienced relationship challenges. Couples therapy sometimes is seen as a last resort for relationships who are moving towards separation. Although, sometimes this can be true, most of the time, those who are seeking couples therapy may be going through a period of feeling disconnected and struggling to find ways to move through challenging times. Couples therapy is an opportunity to gain insights and tools to navigate relationship challenges and work towards fostering more meaningful connection.

Interac e-transfer payments (preferred and must be sent prior to the session) and major credit cards. A payment authorization form with your billing information if required prior to the start of services.

My fees are often covered by extended health plans. A receipt with my registration number will be provided upon payment of the session.
I am an approved NIHB provider and provide direct billing for Blue Cross, Green Shield Canada, Medavie Blue Cross and Veterans Affair Canada.

A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule. If you do not show for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
